“Services/Products” refers to the digital printing, design,customized gift items, garments, bags, sublimation & DTF printed products , flex and logistics solutions offered on our platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content (designs, images, text, products) you upload for printing is owned by you or that you have the legal right to use it.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment gateways.
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed and as well as design & product confirmed from our end.
4. Printing & Production
Color Accuracy: While we strive to match colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and printing processes.
File Quality: You are responsible for the quality of the files you upload. We are not responsible for prints resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer.
5. Delivery and Logistics
We partner with Galaxy Courier & Logistics Services to deliver your products we are delivering our order product through Galaxy Courier and Logistics Services and other multiple logistic company.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
6. Returns and Refunds
Since our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability
